In Bruges....
The water in some places was stagnant with a thick green moss on it. Literally coated. So much so that soda and water cans sat upright in it.
My night bus driver pulled over in a residential area so he could smoke a butt. He did so, and then we continued on our way. I couldn't stop giggling out loud.
They had pasta take away style. It came in a long cylindrical cup with a fork, such a great idea.
Belgium actually has a lot of street food, fries with mayo or whatever sauce you please; and waffles, waffles galore, with just sugar.
I am losing part of the tread on one of my sneakers, boo.
